Size Issues:

Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering. We do not offer free returns for incorrect size selection. However, exchanges may be available, and customers may need to cover shipping costs.

EU 14 day cooling off period

If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel the order or return it without reason within 14 days. As mentioned above, your product must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund

If the refund is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and post refunds.
